🌐 UNCTAD Representatives Visited the Yashnobod Innovation Technopark

On 9 July 2026, as part of a project implemented jointly by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and UNCTAD, UNCTAD representatives and independent evaluation experts visited the Yashnobod Innovation Technopark.

During the visit, Mr. Aitor Perez, UNCTAD Independent External Evaluator, and Ms. Nishta Keeble, Head of UNCTAD's Independent Evaluation Unit, met with the Technopark's management. They were introduced to the Technopark's activities, the conditions created for resident companies, its innovation infrastructure, and the promising projects currently being implemented.

The delegation also toured the exhibition of innovative products and visited the production facilities of resident companies within the Technopark. At the conclusion of the visit, the UNCTAD representatives received detailed answers to their questions and exchanged views with the Technopark's management.
